Quick Summary
- The community feed shows typing-practice UGC that users choose to share publicly.
- Profanity, abusive content, sexual content, illegal material, and rights-infringing content are not allowed.
- Posts may be temporarily hidden after repeated reports or when moderation review is required, and enforcement stages may follow.
1. Scope and Definitions
- This document applies to the Tadak public UGC area called the community feed.
- `Public` means a user has chosen to expose a writing to the community feed.
- `Hidden` means public exposure has been stopped by user choice or by moderation action.
- `Hide author` is a personal control that stops a specific author's public posts from appearing in your own feed. It is separate from moderation enforcement.
- `Report` means a policy concern submitted about a public post or user, and `enforcement` means the operational action taken after review.
2. Posting Eligibility and Public Sharing
- Guest accounts cannot publish publicly in the community feed. Account linking is required before a post can be shared publicly.
- When you save a writing as public, other users may see it in the community feed.
- You may switch your own writing back to private, but already-filed reports or moderation records may still be handled separately.
3. Prohibited Content
- Profanity, abuse, harassment, hateful expression, humiliation, or threats
- Sexual or explicit content, pornography, objectification, or graphic sexual wording
- Illegal content, copyright infringement, impersonation, or other rights violations
- Personal data exposure, contact harvesting, promotional spam, or repeated flooding
- Unauthorized automation, abnormal traffic, or interference with service operation
The current app blocks some profanity and sexual wording before public upload using keyword-based filters. Passing a pre-upload check does not prevent later reporting or enforcement.
4. How Reports Are Submitted
- Users can submit both post reports and user reports inside the community feed.
- Post-report data may include the reporter identifier, reported post identifier, report reason, and submission timestamp.
- User-report data may include the reporter identifier, reported user identifier, related post identifier, report reason, submission timestamp, and target snapshot.
- If follow-up or appeal is needed, contact omilsoft@gmail.com.
4-1. Hide or Block Author
- You can hide a specific author so that the author's posts no longer appear in your own community feed.
- Hiding an author is a viewer-side control only and does not mean the author has been moderated or sanctioned by OMILSOFT.
- You can manage and unhide authors from the in-app hidden-author management list.
5. Temporary Hiding Standard
- Repeated reports may trigger temporary hiding to protect users and enable review.
- Under the current operational standard, a report count of 3 or more is one temporary-hide trigger.
- Temporary hiding may also be applied for legal risk, clearly prohibited content, safety concerns, or moderator judgment.
6. Enforcement Stages
- `normal`: post stays visible
- `temporary hidden`: public visibility is blocked during review
- `on hold`: a report has been received and more review or evidence is needed
- `delete candidate`: a serious violation appears confirmed or deletion or stronger restriction is under review
- Additional measures may include limiting public sharing, keeping a post hidden, restoring a post, or restricting related features.
7. Handling Principles
- User safety and rights protection come first.
- We consider policy language, report content, repetition, clarity, and severity together.
- We try to limit visibility only to the extent necessary and may keep operational review logs.
- Repeated or escalating violations can lead to stronger action.
8. Appeals and Contact Channel
- Questions about hidden posts or moderation actions can be sent to the support email.
- Please include account-identifying details, the post title or report timing, and your request so that we can review it efficiently.
- Support, account deletion, privacy, and moderation inquiries all use the same email: omilsoft@gmail.com.
