Quick Summary
- You can delete your account directly in the app through `Profile > Account Management > Delete`.

1. How to Request Deletion
- Open the Tadak app.
- Go to `Profile > Account Management`.
- Select `Delete`.
- Acknowledge the notice and confirm `Delete Account`.
If you cannot access the app, email omilsoft@gmail.com for deletion support.
2. Data Deleted with the Account
- Profile data, nickname, and settings
- Practice records and rank-related data
- Private writings and public community posts you created
- Likes, imports, and post-report history tied to your account
- Your hidden or blocked author list
- Certain account-linked audit records such as legacy migration audit entries
3. Data That May Remain After Deletion
- tracking_events may remain only after user_id, anonymous_id, session_id, and other account identifiers are removed and identifier fields inside payload are redacted.
- In-app feedback and bug reports may remain only after user_id is removed, the message is replaced with a deleted-account placeholder, and identifier fields in metadata are redacted.
- ad_interstitial_events, att_prompt_events, and review_funnel_events may remain only after user_id and identifier fields in metadata are removed.
- community_user_reports may remain as moderation history only after reporter or target identifiers are removed and identifying fields inside the target snapshot are redacted.
- Apple App Store or Google Play purchase, restore, or refund history is retained separately by the relevant store provider.
- Your Google, Apple, or Kakao account with that provider is not automatically closed or deleted when you delete your Tadak account.
4. Guest Account Deletion
- Deleting a guest account removes the guest state together with writings and records tied to that guest account.
- Guest accounts cannot publish publicly in the community feed. Public sharing requires account linking first.
5. Handling Flow and Important Notes
- After final confirmation in the app, deletion is executed immediately and cannot be reversed.
- Email requests are reviewed on business days in the order received.
- We may request additional information to verify identity or confirm the requested scope.
