1. Scope and Purpose
- These Terms define the conditions, rights, and obligations for using the Tadak app and related services provided by OMILSOFT.
- The Terms are made available through in-app links, the public Legal Hub, and the support pages.
2. Account Types and Sign-In
- You may use the service with a guest account or with currently supported Google, Apple, or Kakao sign-in.
- Guest accounts cannot share publicly in the community feed. Account linking is required for public sharing, and some linking or restore-related functions may also be limited.
- You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account and must not use another person's credentials without authorization.
3. Service Description
- Tadak provides typing practice, record management, private writing, public sharing in the community feed, likes, imports, and in-app feedback features.
- We may add, modify, restrict, or discontinue features for operational, security, or quality reasons.
- The iOS App Store version is currently public, and the first Android Google Play release is still in preparation.
4. Public Posting, Visibility, and Hiding
- When you switch one of your writings to public, it may appear in the community feed.
- Other users may view, like, import, report public posts, report users, or hide authors from their own feed.
- You may switch your own writing back to private, and public exposure will stop once the operational update is applied.
- We may temporarily hide public posts when operational review is needed or when repeated reports are received.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal conduct, rights infringement, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, and copyright infringement
- Abuse, harassment, hateful content, sexually explicit content, or clearly offensive material
- Spam, flooding, unauthorized automation, abnormal traffic, exploit attempts, or other interference with service operations
- False reporting, repeated report abuse, or misuse of billing or advertising systems
6. User Content and Rights
- You retain ownership of the content you create.
- You agree that OMILSOFT may store, display, review, hide, remove, back up, and process your content as needed to operate the service and enforce policy.
- Public posts may be reviewed by operators for moderation, reporting, and quality control purposes.
7. Moderation, Reports, and Enforcement
- Public posts may be automatically or manually hidden after repeated reports. Under the current operational standard, a report count of 3 or more is one temporary-hide trigger.
- Moderation outcomes may include `normal`, `temporary hidden`, `on hold`, or `delete candidate`.
- Where necessary, we may restrict public sharing, keep content hidden, restore content, limit features, or take additional account-related measures.
- For urgent safety or security issues, we may act before notice is given.
8. Ad Removal, Billing, Refunds, and Restore
- Ad removal is offered as a one-time paid feature inside the app.
- Purchases, restores, refunds, and entitlement revocations are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play billing rules and applicable law.
- Restore eligibility depends on store purchase history and account state. Deleting a Tadak account does not itself delete your store purchase history.
9. Effect of Account Deletion
- Account deletion means deleting the Tadak service account and data directly tied to it.
- Profile data, records, writings, likes, imports, post-report history, and hidden-author data are handled as deletion targets.
- Separate analytics logs, feedback items, user-report moderation records, store purchase history, and provider-side social accounts may still be handled separately under the Privacy Policy and provider rules.
10. Liability and Changes to Terms
- To the extent permitted by law, OMILSOFT may limit liability for force majeure, user-caused loss, or issues caused by external stores or identity providers.
- If these Terms are revised, we will provide notice for material changes through in-app notice or public URLs before they take effect.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Questions about the Terms, moderation, account deletion, or billing may be sent to omilsoft@gmail.com.
